DESCRIPTION
Are you a native German speaker with a flair for sales and a curiosity for technical solutions? We are looking for a German-Speaking Sales Representative to join a growing industrial and technical company in Girona.
You will combine commercial strategy with international client relationships, focusing on growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—motivation, tech curiosity, and strong communication skills are what matter most.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
Native German speaker and fluent in English
Commercial/Sales skills – ability to identify and close business opportunities
Tech curiosity & problem-solving – willingness to learn technical products and solutions
OFFER
Competitive salary: €25,000–€30,000 gross/year depending on experience
Attractive commission: 5% for new clients, 2% for upselling existing clients
