German Speaking Customer Care Team Leader

West Cambridgeshire, UK

£34,600 per year

We’re looking for a German-speaking Team Leader with a passion for people, service, and leadership to join us in West Cambridgeshire. You'll manage a team of dedicated administrators who are the first point of contact for our customers, many of whom are passionate ambassadors of our products.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Customer Care Administrators.
  • Support your team in building strong customer relationships.
  • Handle complex customer queries and follow up effectively.
  • Monitor performance, run individual training, and drive team development.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  • Jump in and assist with customer enquiries during peak periods.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve processes.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our products and IT systems
REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in customer service.
  • Native-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • A strong coaching mindset and team-focused attitude.
  • Positive, clear communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and drive performance.
  • Willingness to learn our bespoke systems and adapt to change.
