DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Technical Support Specialists to provide technical assistance for a luxury automotive brand. This role requires strong technical interest/knowledge (training will be provided), excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction.

What will you do?
  • Manage team performance and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
  • Coach and support the onsite team
  • Maintain applications, operating systems, and PC components (hardware)
  • Resolve incidents within the scope of the SLA
  • Handle software staging (preparation, installation, configuration)
  • Support logistics, warehouse management, and delivery services
  • Provide end-user support
  • Promote continuous improvement and transformation

REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Class B driving licence (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel locally between Munich and Nurnberg
  • C1 level German and English language skills
  • Experience with workplace and software/OS installations and support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products
  • Previous experience in a team leadership role (desirable)
  • Experience in performance and attrition management (desirable)
  • Coaching and feedback skills
