As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with professionalism and efficiency.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear solutions.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems.
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure excellent customer service.


Languages required:

  • Native-level German
  • Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
