Responsibilities:

• Customer advice by telephone and email
• Professional technical support service
• Assistance with using, installing and syncing PlayStation products software and devices
• Effective assistance and advice when purchasing PlayStation products

• Previous experience in Technical Support
• Excellent communication skills, native level of German is required, fluent level of English.

• Refund of the initial flight ticket to relocate to Portugal
• Full accommodation in shared apartment, individual room for yourself.
