Salary: 1300 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accomodation plus 200 euro performance bonus gross p/m
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to
Friday from 08:00am to 18:00pm

The Role:
As a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a very well known IT software company where you will provide outstanding technical support to business clients. Your role will include identifying and addressing issues through various communication channels, including phone and web-based interactions.
Your responsibilities include but are not limted to:
- Taking prompt ownership of new cases and escalations.
- Providing assistance to business clients, partners, and fellow engineers.
- Conducting thorough research to investigate problems and to technical troubleshoot customer's issues.
- Collaborating with management and engineering to address service issues, generate bug fixes, and create necessary test cases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German and English
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Experience in IP configuration (setting up outlook, office, etc.) is an advantage
- Keen to learn
