Responsibilities:
Assess online content such as review, photos and website's for compliance with legal guidelines.
Evaluate privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsification cases based on client policies.
Stay updated on policies, review content in a set time-frame and ensure quality standards to the highest level.
Spot emerging patterns, suggest solutions, and escalate cases to different departments.
Leverage cultural insights and apply market-specific knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
C1 level minimum in German and English.
Quick learner, adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills.
Outcome-driven, self-motivated, and curious.
Open to working fully onsite.
