German technical customer support - remote

We are looking for German speaking candidates living in Portugal, to join a technical customer support team, with excellent career growth opportunities and contract made directly by the company.

Responsabilities:

In this job you will help customers over the phone, solving technical issues like internet instability, connection, device malfunction, and other similar technical requests made by the clients. Your communication skills will be of great value for this position!

• German native/fluent (level C1 minimum);
• English level C1
• Availability to work from home (must have good internet connection, speed test will be requested OR on-site in the office (office in Entrecampos, Lisbon)
• Must have an EU citizenship card or a Portuguese Residence card
• Great communication skills
