DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon
Role: German speaking Video Content Analyst
Salary: around 1200 euro net p/m plus around 150 euro net per month on meal vouchers. Additional 25% top up for hrs worked between 10 pm and 7 am.
Hours of work: 40 hrs p/week, rotational - operational hours are 24/7
Relocation package: 2000 euro relo bonus gross paid with first salary payment

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Review user reports regarding website/media content
- Analyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
- Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
- Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
- Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German
- Good command of English
- Availability to work on a three-shift mode (morning, afternoon and night, 7 days a week)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification
