German Video Content Analyst - Lisbon

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Video Content Analyst to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your mission as a customer support agent is to support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Part of your daily activities will be:

• Reviewing content (videos, image, text and audio) in accordance with processes and policies;
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals;
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure user and brand safety;
• Able to provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation;

Requirements

• Native / Proficient German Speaker - *other languages skills may be considered
• Good in English;
• Typing Speed: 20 words per minute;
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Good computer skills;
• Any kind of experience with customer or social media platforms;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
