Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions by collaborating with agency Partners;
- Provide strategic advice and help agencies get the best ROI on their clients’ advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role;
- Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Agencies;
- Implement creative ways to improve Google's Agency relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other Google products;
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used;
- Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (C1);
- Consultative solution selling in B2B environment, preferably for advertising products;
- Experience building or managing online advertising campaigns;
- Familiarity with SEM, SEO, social media marketing and analytics;
- Outgoing and confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner; can handle a complex sales cycle that will have multiple contacts within a company;
- Proven success in acquiring new clients as well as experience cold calling and presenting sales pitches.
