
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Greek speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English and Greek both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to details
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
