Key Responsibilities
Your work consists of providing customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email, social media, and phone apps. You will actively listen to what the customer needs help with, troubleshoot on the customer's behalf, and solve the customer's problem to the best of your ability. This will be done in Hebrew or English.
REQUIREMENTS
- Speak Hebrew fluently (native or near-native level).
- Feel comfortable switching to the English language (B2 level, both written and verbal).
- It would also be great if you already have experience in customer support - but if not, don't worry, the client will provide full training on everything you need to know.
