Receive & answer questions relating to individual or group benefits, entitlements, beneficiary/ dependent information, personal information data correction, performance assessment, probation review, Compensation & Benefits records, HR Policies, Organizational chart.
Updating of work/assignment information in HR Connect.
Preparing HR documents.
Entering data into excel files (flexi forms).
Cooperation with local office from Business Center located in Warsaw, Poland
Fluent knowledge of one of the following languages: German, French or Spanish
Fluent knowledge of English language - internal communication
Experience in HR administration team - at least 6 months.
Interest in working in HR Administration.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good planning skills and organizing capability.
Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Demonstrate openness and respect for others.
Build strong relationships.
Availability for a full-time job (Monday - Friday)
