As a Sitel Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will act as the site HR business partner and lead the Employee Relations team. Using your knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices, you will develop appropriate exploration documentation and recommendations.
In addition, you will advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including reorganizations, sickness, absence and performance management. You will interpret policies and procedures and develop skills on fair and equitable employment practices.
