We Offer

 

The role of the Senior Reward Advisor is to effectively and efficiently provide support to all Compensation processes including advisory, reporting and analysis. In addition, this role is expected to contribute to global/regional/divisional projects within the Compensation environment.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the global Compensation team with the planning and execution of processes and deliveries such as monitoring of new remuneration guidelines, and our progress to respond to new requirements.

  • Prepare presentations, reports and documents for various meetings (e.g. Compensation Committee meetings).

  • Produce modeling on various compensation topics, participate in compensation related projects.

  • Overall reporting and analytics support to the broader Compensation team. This involves processing and maintaining large data spreadsheets and regular interaction with various data owners in order to gather information needed for reporting and analysis.

Further skills/competencies:

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and experience is essential for this role.

  • You have general knowledge of HR processes and systems. Knowledge of MS Access Database, Oracle Business Intelligence and PeopleSoft systems desirable but not essential.

  • You demonstrate excellent organization, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation.

  • You are able to evaluate compensation data and identify issues, recommendations and business improvement opportunities.

  • You show flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure and to prioritize.

  • You have 2-3 years’ experience within financial services or similar.

  • You are a dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve.
