For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Insurance Coordinator with German.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver professional assistance to clients via phone and email regarding health insurance matters;
*Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to benefits, claims, and policy adjustments;
*Ensure all communications meet client expectations and service-level agreements;
*Keep customer records updated and handle sensitive data with care and precision;
*Proactively identify complex issues and direct them to the appropriate teams;
*Promote additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer care or insurance support is highly valued;
*Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
*Strong communication skills and empathetic customer approach;
*Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools to support daily tasks;
*Fluent in German or Italian, with advanced English (C1 level);
*Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet.

Our client offers:
*Full-time position (40 hours/week); 30-day probation period and an unfixed-term contract;
*Competitive salary with role/language bonuses and performance incentives;
*Daily meal allowance and holiday/Christmas bonuses (monthly or lump sum);
*22 business days of annual leave + extra pay for working on Portuguese public holidays;
*Support with accommodation, travel costs, and initial financial assistance;
