What is it about?
- Interface: You are the central contact for our customers and systemic partners, forming the backbone of our operations.
- Support: You assist our customers in properly recycling their packaging units.
- Expertise: You are the point of contact for issues related to EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and AR (Authorized Representative) in selected countries.
- Sales: You enjoy convincing and advising new customers about our service.
- Registration: You handle the official registration of our customers with international contractual partners.
- Quantity Reporting: You report our customers' packaging quantities to system partners and/or registration offices.
- Communication: You engage in communication with authorities in the respective national languages.
- Further Development: You actively contribute to the further development of our EPR-AR compliance system.
- Optimization: You assist in optimizing and documenting work processes and legal requirements.
Profile:
- Language skills: You are fluent in English, any other European foreign language is a great plus, especially Danish, Greek, Estonian, Latvian, Portuguese, Hungarian.
- Precision: You work in a very structured and conscientious manner.
- Experience: Ideally, you are familiar with commercial processes; experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Team spirit: You are a passionate team player and enjoy working together.
- Commitment: You want to actively contribute to sustainability and the circular economy.
