
DESCRIPTION
Location: Athens, Greece
Role: Irish speaking Content Moderator and Customer Service Agent
Salary: 1300€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) + up to 130 EUR monthly performance bonus
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Friday 10.00-18.00

Our client in Greece is a global leader in customer experience management, providing exceptional support and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. For their multilingual hub in Athens, we are recruiting for fluent Irish speaking Content Moderators/Customer Advisors.
The Role
This is a combined role where you will represent a very well-known social media platform, and you will be responsible for both moderation of content as well as answering queries in a timely manner. Customer support is given via email and chat followed up by an outbound check in call. You will investigate and resolve reported issues, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content. Other moderation tasks would be in relation to advertising and checking for Intellectual Rights violations and Trademark infringes. This is a versatile role that would suit someone with an eye for detail and ability to multi-task.

- Previous customer service or tech support experience desired

The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 2 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks. Basic salary 1300€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) + up to 130€ monthly performance bonus.
