Your mission:
▶ You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.
▶ Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
▶ Advising customers on all services and offers.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 9pm)
Entry date: October 17th!
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
▶ Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
▶ Good communication skills
▶ Contact center environment experience.
▶ Sales experience
