RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve customer issues in a professional way;
  • Manage to handle large volume of calls, emails and queries;
  • Identify customers needs, anticipate recommending products and offering alternatives;
  • Provide feedback, create reports and recap information;
  • Advice on company information and details.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Italian ;
  • Experience in customer support;
  • Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management;
  • Strong in phone calls, email writing;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.
