RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer issues in a professional way;
- Manage to handle large volume of calls, emails and queries;
- Identify customers needs, anticipate recommending products and offering alternatives;
- Provide feedback, create reports and recap information;

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Italian ;
- Experience in customer support;
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management;
- Strong in phone calls, email writing;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.
