Our client based in Lisbon recruiting for Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work from home in the Lisbon area.

• Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, mainly through inbound calls.
• Candidates must speak Italian Native level, have previous customer service experience.
• Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat), log call details into case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers.
• Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Surveys scores, actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports.
•  Candidates must have graduated from high school and have a clean Criminal record.
• Candidates can be located anywhere between Lisbon and the Algarve.
