We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and develop strong, long-term business relationships. You are the ideal candidate if you are responsible of identifying business opportunities, optimizing client relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth for both the company and the clients.

Our client is a cruise company that, since 1990, has been taking travelers to the impenetrable and breathtaking regions of one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the world in a way that simply cannot be replicated.

 

Your daily responsabilities will be:

 

- You will manage and maintain strategic business relationships with the company’s key clients.

 

- You will develop and implement customized strategies for each client to maximize the value of the business relationship.

 

- You will identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.

 

- You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.

 

- You will work closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.

 

- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and adjust strategies to improve results.

REQUIREMENTS

You are the right person if:

 

- You speak both Spanish and English at an advanced level (C1-C2). 

 

- You have 3 years of expirience or more.

 

- You are available for travelling. 

 

- You are a strong results orientation and attention to detail person.

 

- You have the ability to work with CRM tools and account management systems.
