Lawyer (In-house)

Currently, as part of our recruitment efforts for our client, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Lawyer (In-house)

Your daily responsibilities:

• Legal support – providing ongoing legal services to individual foreign companies, including preparing draft contracts, corporate documents, legal opinions, regulations, and official communication.
• Analyzing legal issues arising in the daily operations of the companies, particularly in the areas of civil, commercial, and consumer law.
• Ongoing collaboration with foreign law firms and tax advisory firms.
• Supporting business activities and handling ongoing requests submitted to the Legal Department.
• Monitoring current legal regulations and case law.

• A law degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer – experience working with international companies is highly desirable.
• Fluent, practical knowledge of English, both spoken and written, with a focus on legal and tax terminology.
• Excellent work organization and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.
• Accuracy, a proactive approach, and the ability to propose solutions.
• Experience in the field of continental law system.

An additional advantage would be:

• Qualifications as a legal advisor or attorney.
• Practical knowledge of consumer law.
• Experience in serving clients from the financial sector.
