For one of our clients - a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering
outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for
– Learning and Quality Specialist with German and English.
Responsibilities:
*Create and deliver training sessions for new team members;
*Work closely with other teams to find out what training is needed;
*Check how well agents perform after training;
*Listen to and review calls, emails, and chats to ensure quality;
*Plan and carry out monthly call monitoring activities;
*Join meetings with clients and managers to share monitoring results.
Qualifications:
*At least 12 months of call center experience, ideally as a mentor or specialist;
*Strong skills in coaching and supporting others;
*Good knowledge of quality standards in customer service;
*Able to work well with different teams and managers;
*Comfortable giving feedback and improving training content;
*Experience writing quality reports and tracking progress
*Excellent German and English skills.
