Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client is a global company providing technology and customer service solutions for well-known brands. They are currently looking for German-speaking candidates to join their team as Legal Advisors for an airline company.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, handling customer cases, and collaborating with legal teams to resolve disputes.
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs) to manage complaints and ensure compliance with passenger rights.
- Managing correspondence with lawyers and legal officers regarding disputes and regulations.
- Assessing passenger claims to verify compliance with transport regulations.
- Investigating and documenting legal cases and pre-litigation processes.
- Monitoring and advising on regulatory compliance and areas for improvement.
- Mediating issues to prevent legal escalations.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Fluent in German (written & spoken) and at least B2-level English.
✅ Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.
✅ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ Problem-solving mindset and patience when handling customer concerns.
✅ Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
✅ Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
