Medical Assistance Advisor with French (Hybrid)

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-

of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking

for – Medical Assistance Advisor with French and English (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for travelers in medical emergencies;
• Provide empathetic and clear assistance based on each case;
• Coordinate with doctors, airlines, and service partners;
• Monitor cases and handle sensitive data responsibly;
• Approve costs in line with insurance policy terms;
• Support teamwork and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French and very good English skills;
• Аvailability to work on shifts - 2x2 (09:00h. - 21:00h.);
• Strong communicator with a calm, friendly approach;
• Good at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking;
• Proactive, with solid problem-solving skills;
• Customer service experience is required; 
•  MS Office skills are a must
