DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Norwegian & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.


 ✅ Duties and Responsibilities:


✔️ Communication with customers via online chats and e-mails;

✔️ Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers;

✔️ Acknowledge and resolve customers’ requirements;

✔️ Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;

✔️ Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Requirements:


✔️ Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English skills;

✔️ Ability to work in a multitasking environment;

✔️ Analytical skills;

✔️ Attention to detail;

✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
