DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Norwegian speaking Content Moderator
Salary: €16,820 gross p/a (this includes basic and fixed language bonus)+ around 150 EUR net food vouchers p/m + 60 EUR transport allowance p/m
Hours of work: 40 hrs per week, rotational 24x7 operation
Relocation bonus: €2,500 relocation support (paid along with first salary) if relocating from outside Portugal
***Currently there is up to 3,000 EUR sign on bonus available (paid in instalments)
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Content Moderator to join our client's team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for the revision and moderation of online advertisements within a leading streaming service platform. Your main duties will involve removing inappropriate content, labeling, and categorizing ads to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate online advertising content, including videos, images, and text.
- Ensure that all ads meet company policies, community standards, and legal guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content for further action when necessary.
- Categorize and label content to simplify workflow and improve ad targeting.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in content classification.
- Stay up to date with advertising policies, content trends, and platform updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while following detailed guidelines and procedures.
- High attention to detail and ability to differentiate between various content types.
- Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content when required.
- Adaptability to fast-changing policies and advertising standards.
