DESCRIPTION
Location: CRETE, Greece
Role: Norwegian speaking Customer Experience Agent
Salary: monthly salary : 1029EUR, gross + 100 € (gross per month)* after spending the first 6 months in the company as a salary increase. +After finishing your first 12 months in the company, your salary increase will be 150 € bonus (gross per month)* + Stay in an apartment paid by the company upon availability (electricity bills excluded OR 300€ Gross to cover accommodation for as long as you are employed by the company
Relocation: Includes initial flight to CRETE, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation. You will also receive 300 euro gross p/m accomodation allowance (or room in a shared company apartment)
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday-Sunday 08:00-22:00
The Role
We are recruiting for fluent Norwegian speaking Customer Experience Agent for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in CRETE, where you will work in an international setting. Beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate, this Greek island has a lot to offer!
As a Customer Experience Agent you will represent a very well known Sacndanavian satellite television provider, and you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat in regards to their subscription. Recommending channel packages, some light technical troubleshooting and assisting with queries in regards to cleint's invoices will be part of your daily tasks.

- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Multi tasking skills
- Positive & Flexible attitude
