DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a global company that creates innovative security solutions, including locks, access control systems, and digital security products. Our products are used by businesses and people around the world to keep homes, offices, and public spaces safe. In this role, you’ll help customers solve technical issues, answer questions, and make sure everything works smoothly. You’ll also work closely with other teams to ensure customers always receive quick and friendly support.

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, and systems to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to help users understand and resolve their issues.
  • Document technical problems and solutions to improve future service.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to escalate complex issues and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For
  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software; basic understanding of smart home devices is a plus. Full training will be provided.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter eager to learn and grow in the evolving tech landscape.

OFFER
  • Salary: €1,800 per month.
