At Accenture Bulgaria we are seeking a Service Delivery Ops Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for contract management, order processing, invoicing, and delivering actionable insights for an international client. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality services across contract and order management, invoicing, and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and streamline workflows
- Drive operational projects and client-specific initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders to align on goals and priorities
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support career development through coaching and mentoring
- Analyze workload and forecast output to optimize resource allocation and scheduling.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a data-driven or operational environment
- Proven track record of team management, performance improvement and achieving organizational goals
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced data analysis skills
- Experience in data analytics and reporting
- Project management experience with a focus on process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced environments
