Do you speak fluent Italian and English?

We are looking for fine colleagues for this position in our customer care team!
What will be your responsibilities?
- Communication with clients (you will answer their questions and queries about products)
- Translating and entering orders into the internal system
- Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
- Reporting
- Process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Italian and English at least at B2 level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
- High school/college education - also suitable for graduates, whom we will train
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
- Independence, self-reflection and willingness to continually work on yourself
