Order To Cash Supervisor with Native level of French

Our client is an international company located in the heart of Barcelona.

As an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are met
• Supervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints 
• Overseeing the region's entire OTC process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reporting
• Gather relevant information about all the O2C processes for reporting to the stakeholders
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutions

You're the person we're looking for if:

• You have at least 3 years as a Team leader/Supervisor and around 5-6 years of experience as a specialist in Order to Cash, Billing, AR or Collections
• You speak a native or near-native level of French
• You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.
• You have an University degree
• You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills 
• You're flexible, organized, proactive and highly resilient
• You're a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)
• You have good negotiation / coaching skills as well as good problem-solving skills
