Join Our Team as a Contact Center Assistant – Language Courses Sales

Are you passionate about languages and love helping others reach their goals? We're looking for an energetic communicator to join our customer support and sales team.
Our client is the biggest language courses company and is looking for you!

Your Role Will Include:

- Calling potential students and advising them on our language courses
- Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Guiding clients through the enrollment process
- Maintaining records and follow-ups in our CRM system


REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:

- Native or near native English skills (C1+)
- Native Portuguese language
- Experience in customer service or telesales
- Confident using digital tools and CRM platforms
- Strong social skills and a positive attitude
- Availability to work on part time
