DESCRIPTION

Hey! We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a multicultural environment committed to diversity and inclusion :)

 

What will you do?

  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee the processing of employee payroll data.
  • Verify and reconcile employee data, including wages, hours worked, and deductions.
  • Assist in calculating and filing payroll taxes.
  • Provide support to employees on payroll-related issues and problems.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor and tax law.
  • Ability to work with payroll systems and related software.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and Portuguese or English, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information ethically.
  • Payroll-related certifications or training are a plus.
