Customer Representative

 

 

Main tasks

-Attend incoming calls and reply emails from customers.
-Solve any kind of customer's doubt or complain regarding our client
-Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
-Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
-Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor
-To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
-Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
-Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

Hours and Benefits

- Shift: 39 hours/week from Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00 (Rotative) and Saturdays 9:00 - 18:00 (Rotative)
- Salary: 16.732,21 Euros gross/year + up to 1.440 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Temporary contract

- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*

 


Requirements

 

 

 

-Native or High-level Market Language and Fluent English
-Fluent/Native in Spanish is a plus
-Goal and customer service oriented
-Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
-Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
-Passion for sports is a plus

-Problem solving and quality oriented
