Our client, a well-known international company, is urgently looking for Polish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. Start date is this October, with a competitive salary and an attractive relocation package in a country with a low 13% tax rate.
What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality customer support to clients in Polish via phone and email
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, and general client needs
- Ensure professional, friendly, and efficient communication
- Work in a dynamic, international team environment
Candidate profile:
- Native or fluent in Polish
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Willing to relocate to Sofia immediately
