DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal – hybrid (mix of home and office work)
Salary: €23,000–€24,500 gross per year + performance bonus + benefits + food vouchers + monthly public transport allowance
Relocation package: €2,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first salary)

The Role
As a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop and optimize their online advertising campaigns. You will analyze campaign data, provide strategic recommendations, and help clients achieve measurable growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for assigned clients
- Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Generate insights and performance reports
- Work towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Experience in digital marketing, PPC, or campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good Excel skills (Pivot Tables a plus)
