We’re looking for Customer Support Agents to deliver top-notch service to our users. If you're proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in rotating shifts, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests mainly via live chat (up to 3 chats simultaneously) and email
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Represent the company with a service-oriented mindset
- Minimal phone interaction involved
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Portuguese (Portugal)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for work eligibility in Cyprus)
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
- Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and availability for rotating shift work (24/7 schedule)
OFFER
- Base Salary: €1,800/month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €250/month based on customer satisfaction and activity volume (chat, email, ID verification)
