What will you do?
- Handle inbound calls related to hotel reservations and customer inquiries-
- Complete bookings and assist with changes or special requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset
- Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native Portuguese with good English communication skills
- Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred
- Professional, calm, and customer-friendly phone manner
- Open to working shifts and weekends
- Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga
OFFER
Employer offers
- 9 months (extendable) with a 2-month trial period
- Salary of €19.000 gross/year
- 39-hour work week with shifts between 08:00–23:00 (including weekends)
