Support Representative with Italian, French, German, Dutch and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering to customer’s requests, offering information and adequate help;
* Offering new products and presenting their new features;
* Building trust by dealing with issues quickly and effectively;
* Listening closely, showing understanding and care in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Thinking of ways to improve sales, customer loyalty and provided services;
* Updating information and helping team members and other sectors to improve their
performance and quality of service.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
* Great command of one of the main languages and English (both verbal and written);
* Previous experience in customer service and excellent phone manners;
* Communicative, open and customer-focused;
* Team-oriented and flexible, able to adapt to different people and situations;
* Driven, striving to provide the best customer experience and reach set goals and deadlines;
* High School diploma or higher and great PC user skillset.
