your functions

In this role as a Real-Time Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and measuring the Contact Center's work processes in real-time to support management in developing and implementing action plans.
Collaborating with area supervisors to ensure service levels are met within the Contact Center.
Maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards by monitoring agent performance and ensuring compliance with assigned tasks and scheduled shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency or native in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).
Previous experience in similar positions: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Valuable a basic understanding of Spanish labor law and regulations.
Tools: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar tools (they use Google Sheets).
Active and dynamic personality: A proactive and energetic individual.
Available to start working immediately in Barcelona.
Having the required documentation to work in Spain.

OFFER

Salary: €26,500 per year (plus prorated extra payments and weekend bonuses).
Working hours: Full-time rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
Contract: Permanent contract directly with the company
