Our client is looking for French Customer Service agent to support their client and to work from anywhere in Portugal
Responsibilities:
- To Provide Friendly and efficient service to the customers while being the first point of contact
- You will be responsible to resolve customer issues and questions via emails and inbound calls including urgent situations.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- You will need to multitask numerous tasks during the day
- Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources Work proactively and independently to reach targets and goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in French (C2)
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
- Able to pick up new technology quickly
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Package
- For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
