Are you passionate about technology and sustainability? Join United Call Centers as a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent and help individuals across Europe during the installation and use of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
We are partnering with a leading manufacturer of EV chargers to support installers and drivers with multilingual customer service. You will be the go-to person for installation guidance, coordination support, and troubleshooting inquiries.
Your Role:
- Deliver technical and procedural support to EV charger installers during installation and deployment
- Provide ad hoc support to drivers, handling issues and usage questions
- Communicate clearly in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat
- Think analytically, solve problems fast, and learn technical procedures quickly
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
- Native or near-native Dutch, and strong command of English (C1 level)
- Previous experience in tech support or EV-related fields is a major advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Self-employed or eligible to work as a freelancer
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to work independently
