Are you passionate about technology and sustainability? Join United Call Centers as a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agent and help individuals across Europe during the installation and use of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer of EV chargers to support installers and drivers with multilingual customer service. You will be the go-to person for installation guidance, coordination support, and troubleshooting inquiries.

Your Role:
  • Deliver technical and procedural support to EV charger installers during installation and deployment
  • Provide ad hoc support to drivers, handling issues and usage questions
  • Communicate clearly in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Think analytically, solve problems fast, and learn technical procedures quickly
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
  • Native or near-native Dutch, and strong command of English (C1 level)
  • Previous experience in tech support or EV-related fields is a major advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Self-employed or eligible to work as a freelancer
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to work independently
