Reservation Support Specialist with German

Salary: €2000 - €2800 Gross

We’re hiring a Reservation Support Specialist for a leading technology provider specializing in customer experience solutions. If you speak German and English and enjoy problem-solving, keep reading! 

Your Role:

Assist customers via phone, chat, and messaging with professionalism and empathy 

Handle urgent & complex cases, including safety concerns, with a trauma-informed approach 

Apply company policies to support customer needs while keeping data secure & confidential 

Identify and report product & process issues, providing valuable feedback for improvements 

Take ownership of user issues, ensuring quick resolutions or proper escalations 

What We’re Looking For:

 Fluency in German & English – strong written and verbal skills 

Ability to stay calm and manage sensitive situations with professionalism 

Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset 

Experience in customer service or crisis management is a plus! 

Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

Full-time position (40h/week), with shifts between 09:00 – 19:00 (Monday – Sunday)
