Room Service Supervisor

In Casa Cook we are looking for Room Service supervisors for our hotel, located in the island of Samos, one of the Mediterranean's most historically-rich surroundings. As a Room Service supervisor, your tasks will be:

• Taking food and beverage orders from guests over the phone or in person.
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering orders to guest rooms.
• Providing excellent customer service, including answering guest inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the room service area.
• Collaborating with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless order preparation and delivery.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Adhering to hotel policies and procedures regarding food safety and guest service.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Communicating effectively with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Upholding the hotel’s standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
