Sales and Logistics Customer Service Agent (French Speaker)


We have a great opportunity in a young international company where you can combine your experience in Customer Service and Logistics with your passion for sea sports. As a Sales & Supply Chain Administration Coordinator, you will be involved in the entire order and shipping process of our client. You will be in touch with customers from all over Europe and will help them to have an excellent experience.


Your responsibilities and impact working as Sales & Supply Chain Administration Coordinator:

  • Assisting and advising customers with Order and Purchasing related topics
  • Managing the administration of all orders
  • Overseeing and monitoring the stock allocation, and shipment planning and coordinating
  • Communicating with shipping agents, forwarders, and vendors
  • Maintaining the Ordering Management System and the Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
  • Monitoring suppliers´ delivery schedule
  • Identifying and Managing problems to ensure a successful conclusion for the customer

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent in French and English (at least a C1 level)
  • 2 years of experience in customer service and logistics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail – understanding the entire ordering and shipment processes
  • Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility – independently and in a team
  • Interest in surfing or wind-related sports
