~~ This is an inbound sales job ~~
Supply a consultative sales approach to maintaining accounts as well as acquiring new customers.
Telephone management (costumer support & inbound sales).
Account manangement, regularly updating the ERP with follow-ups.
Create and manage quotations and documentation
Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.
Negotiate with suppliers, customers and distributors to maximize company profit margins.
Provide hands-on customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills.
Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.
Fluency in German is a must.
Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid.
Willingness to learn and understand new business/technical concepts.

Salary package consisting of fixed + commissions. Salary range (fixed) from 21k to 25k per year + uncut comissions.
