THE MISSION

You’re the person our Mama trusts to develop her establishment’s sales, through a proactive approach and in line with the Group’s standards.  

Through a sales strategy and pricing policy that you define with management, you create customer demand: overnight stays, sales meetings, company seminars, workshops with cocktail receptions, meals... All roads lead to the Mama 

A true team leader, you are responsible for and supervise the Sales team and ensure that customer satisfaction is at a high level 

As an ambassador for the Group, you’ll convey our values through your energy and good humour. 

Mama is counting on you to establish and maintain privileged relationships with all the local, regional, national and international players: agencies, production companies, congresses, institutions... They love you!

Qualifications

• You're passionate about sales without being the Wolf of Wall Street! 
• Every detail is important to you, and nothing is overlooked thanks to your sense of organisation and anticipation. 
• With a keen sense of communication, you're diplomatic and know how to bring all departments together.  
• Curious by nature, you're constantly on the lookout for new things 
• Blessed with excellent interpersonal skills, you're never short of resources when faced with a customer situation. 
• Action-oriented, you get your hands dirty and believe that participative management is the key to success.  
• You know how to handle pressure and stress (Master Yoda taught you everything you need to know). 
• Unbeatable at Monopoly, you know how to set the right price at the right time! 
• You have a good level of English, so when you’re asked, "How do you feel about the trams in Zurich?” you’ll know how to reassure the guest.
• As the family negotiator, you always managed to see the Sunday night film 
• You know how to use the right tools to report to your management: your Powerpoint animations and Excel spreadsheets are the envy of many!
